The app offers easy sign-in, allowing users to access their accounts using their myavista.com credentials. For those who don't have an online account, Avista provides the option to create one directly within the app. Additionally, users can utilize Touch ID or Face ID for a quick and secure sign-in experience on supported devices. The "Remember me" feature saves time by skipping the need to enter your email every time you sign in.

Avista provides a comprehensive account summary, displaying real-time balance, payment due dates, and detailed balance information. Users can also access their bill and payment history, download bills as PDF files, and effortlessly switch between multiple accounts.

Paying bills is made simple and secure with Avista. Users can make immediate or scheduled payments, as well as add or remove payment methods from their wallet.

The app also offers valuable outage information. Users can view an interactive outage map, complete with area weather, regional outage details, and restoration information. It allows users to check the status of outages, track restoration progress, and report power outages. The outage map can be searched by address, providing specific information about outages and estimated restoration times. Users are also notified when a crew is on-site working to repair an outage.

Avista provides convenient alerts for billing reminders or outage events, allowing users to sign up for and manage in-app push notifications.
